Welcome back to my blog. On this occasion I will review the story of the movie The Chronicles of Narnia 2005, the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.

Lets start.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is a 2005 British-American high fantasy film directed by Andrew Adamson and based on The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, the first published and second chronological novel in C. S. Lewis's children's epic fantasy series, The Chronicles of Narnia. It was co-produced by Walden Media and Walt Disney Pictures and distributed by Buena Vista Pictures. William Moseley, Anna Popplewell, Skandar Keynes and Georgie Henley play Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy, four British children evacuated during the Blitz to the countryside, who find a wardrobe that leads to the fantasy world of Narnia. There they ally with the Lion Aslan (voiced by Liam Neeson) against the forces of Jadis, the White Witch (Tilda Swinton).

The film was released on December 9, 2005, in both Europe and North America to positive reviews and was highly successful at the box office grossing more than $745 million worldwide, making it 2005's third most successful film. It won the 2005 Academy Award for Best Makeup and various other awards. An Extended Edition was released on December 12, 2006, and was only made available on DVD until January 31, 2007, when it was discontinued. It was the best selling DVD in North America in 2006 taking in $332.7 million that year.

Film narnia that aired in 2005 in the UK this is a fantasy genre. Narnia film is taken from the story of 4 children affected by the world war to 2. 4 of these children named Petter Pevensie, Susan, Edmund and Lucy. They were put in a place in Mr. Kirkle, one day they play hide and seek, so Lucy finds a room that contains only a big closet. But unexpectedly the cabinet can deliver him to a country called Narnia. After Lucy in Narnia, then Lucy rushed to return to England. Then with Lucy's curiosity back for the umpteenth time, then accidentally Edmund sees Lucy in the closet and Edmund follows Lucy. Edmund came in and he did not think that Narnia was real. As time passes, the 4 brothers come into Narnia, and they meet a lion whose name is Aslan. In Narnia they work on the mission of making Narnia citizens independent of wizards named Jadis. After the war in the beginning eventually the wizard was defeated in Aslan's grasp.

This is my first movie that I watched until I finally liked the cast of Edmund. I think this movie is not boring, until I follow until a few seasons are running. From this movie I also learned English, until finally I decided to go to English literature jurisdiction just to be able to go to England (at that time). A lot of English that I do not know, then became aware of this movie. This movie is highly recommended for you who want to learn English.
